Sue Wright

Sue is an IIB qualified coach, and an accredited ILM assessor. Having taught for 7 years and trained people in the use of IT software when the PC first appeared, Sue decided to enter the management training and consultancy world via an MBA at the London Business School. She spent 10 years at Xerox UK Plc in a variety of roles, including Customer Satisfaction and Quality, managing a Customer Complaints team and, for the last 4 years, running the Customer Education group, which developed and delivered training on all products to customers in the UK – and sometimes further afield.

After a 6 month career break in which she took part in a Round the World Yacht race, Sue joined CHPD, an international organisation specialising in the identification and development of high performance behaviours. Throughout her time there she worked with blue chip companies to identify and develop managerial talent, through various assessment and development centres, as well as more behaviourally based training interventions.

For the last 10 years she’s been a freelance trainer and business adviser, working with Insight to deliver a variety of training to mainly public sector clients. She delivers a breadth of courses and interactive workshops on many leadership and management topics, as well as offering coaching and team building and quality improvements.

Random Fact: She’s a keen raquet sports player, but a recent hip replacement has temporarily slowed her down on the court!
